An Induction training program in the HR module has the following objectives:

1. To enable the candidates to get an overview of the organization.
2. To create an awareness of the critical functions that will support new joiners in their work-life.
3. To set expectations that the role has from new joiners and the expectations new joiners have from the organization.

Induction training is absolutely vital for new starters. Good induction training ensures new starters are retained and then settled in quickly and happily into a productive role.
