2) Malpractices such as theft and issues with the entry-exit system need to be tackled.
3) Concerns regarding contractors need to be resolved, among other issues.

Hi Friends, I have successfully completed my project on "Contract Labour Management System in Binani Zinc Ltd., Kerala and Issues." I have provided three suggestions to the company, and they have implemented two of them. Through Google, we cannot find more information regarding this topic. We should conduct our own project with the GM, AVP Security Dept of that company, contractor, and their laborers.
