Dear all,

I want to know how I can improve quality in my company (an IT company). I am new in my company and during a conversation with my boss, he mentioned a quality problem. How can I tackle this issue using the best HR strategy?

Thanks & Regards,

Hi there,

To ensure high quality processes and work, you may consider having a quality assurance department. This involves setting your quality criteria, reviewing your manuals and procedures, establishing best practices, creating a quality manual, and conducting quality audits. For further explanation, please consider visiting this webpage where you will find all the required information: [ISO Reports Forms](http://www.bizmanualz.com/iso-9000-qms/reports_forms.html).

Hope this information is valuable to you.

Though the question is quite generic, I am tempted to offer my two cents' worth on strategy. My assumption is that it is a startup or a small enterprise. However, you can start off with ISO-9001 to streamline your processes. Later, begin implementing ISO-27001, CMM, P-CMM, BSC, benchmarking, COPC, etc., based on your specific requirements. These models will thoroughly train you to cope with variations within the processes, understand systemic gaps, and establish a solid framework for continual improvement.
