Please find the enclosed Excel sheet which contains the details of the compensation structure related to IT skills. I hope it may be useful when deciding the salary of a candidate. I have taken a general approach, and the Excel file is prepared for some skills. I am still working on it. These are not accurate salaries, but they give a fair idea.
Regarding qualifications: Any qualification is okay. In the Excel sheet, I have only mentioned some. I hope it may be useful.
