Night Shift Allowances
- What is the amount to be paid as NSA, and is there any criteria/law to decide on that?
- What could be the tentative amount we have to pay as NSA?
Pick-Drop Facility
- If a pickup and drop facility is provided by the company, is that cost included in their CTC, or is it a company-provided facility where the employee doesn't need to pay for it? The total cost is borne by the company.
- If someone doesn't wish to take the pick-drop facility, then how much amount can we reimburse them in their salary?
