Hi Team, I would be needing a policy for WOMEN working in night shift for US STAFFING where they should not be allowed to go out of the office premises during their work hours for breaks.

You cannot convert an office into a jail and prevent women employees from stepping out of the office. You can say that it is advisable to stay indoors, and anybody moving out will be doing so at their own risk and responsibility.
