Hi, Kindly provide for any rules and regulations for employees transport after 9 pm onwards.
If employees( Male/Female) are working in shifts (Ex- 3 PM to 11 PM) which is supposed to be completed after 11 pm, shall we provide transport facilities to their respective homes? Is there any act that is governing such transportation matters?
