I have resigned from my company on 26th April in order to join an MBA college in Gurgaon on 19th May. My company gave me a relieving letter on 26th May. I asked them to relieve me early, but they did not accept. To join my MBA, I left without clearing HR dues, and now they have marked me as absconding and have terminated me. Are there any chances of getting the relieving letter now? I have my resignation letter and salary slips. Can I show them to my new company to prove my experience after my MBA? How do I clear my PF account now?

They cannot stop you from withdrawing your PF. For that, you will have to approach them only. It is a general practice of companies that if you do not clear HR dues, you will not get your experience certificate or relieving letter.
Now, again, it depends on the hiring company whether they can consider your experience based on the proof of salary slips and offer letter. However, if the hiring company asks you for the reason for not having the experience certificate or relieving letter, I don't think you will have an explanation for that.
I suggest clearing your dues with the earlier company and obtaining the experience letter, then withdraw your PF. This will help you in the future as well.

Thank you for your help. However, since I am not currently employed and my college has accepted me for a 1-year Executive MBA program without requiring a relieving letter, will it be necessary when joining a new company? In my resignation letter, they mentioned that I would be relieved on 26th May. However, as my college classes started on 21st May, I was unable to serve the notice period at that time. I even offered to pay two months' basic salary in lieu of notice, but they refused. Therefore, I proceeded to join the college.
I recently emailed them regarding my relieving letter, and they informed me that I need to meet them in person. They also mentioned that there are pending notices against me, although I have not received them at my permanent address. I requested a soft copy of the show-cause and termination notices, which I received two days ago. I have already resigned, so I am confused about why they would terminate me. I have all the necessary proof of a proper resignation. If I visit the company after two months, as my classes are currently ongoing and I cannot miss them, will they provide me with the relieving letter upon completion?
