Hi, I have completed my project in stress management at Reliance Human Resource Management recently. Now, I am supposed to submit my project in college, but I am finding it a little difficult to create a questionnaire as I did not have a chance to make one during the project. Can anyone please share a questionnaire on stress management? I would greatly appreciate it. I will be awaiting a response.

As I mentioned, I have worked on my project in Stress Management. As a part of my project, I was supposed to understand the comfort levels of the employees, any difficulties they are facing at their workplace, factors contributing to these difficulties, and other areas related to their job performance.
During my project period, my project guide had to recruit a large team and asked for my assistance in conducting interviews, which took up a significant amount of my time. Unfortunately, this affected my ability to complete my project tasks as planned. However, I have gathered enough information to consider it a comprehensive project on stress.
When I needed to create a questionnaire, my project guide received an assignment and relocated to Bangalore, leaving me unable to complete that part of my project. If I could obtain a questionnaire on stress-related topics, I could develop my own based on the provided material and complete the remaining tasks.
When submitting the project for our final semester, we are required to include various elements such as the company introduction, conclusions on the topic, challenges faced by the company, questionnaire, and more.

Dear Vivek, I am at a loss. You have given a good account of what you did away from your real project and why. But you have not answered my question as to how a questionnaire at this stage will help. Are you not supposed to use the questionnaire, conduct a survey, analyze the results, etc.? Have you done any literature survey on the topic? If you have, did you not come across any works that have used a questionnaire? I do not have questionnaires to send.
