For your information, there is no fixed training capsule to help senior managers/top management develop leadership skills. As you rightly mentioned the personal attention required, I would like to say that you need an experienced mentor more than a trainer who can educate and explain senior managers/top management the reality of leadership.
It is crucial to remember that one must have experience with leadership qualities/skills before delivering leadership training for knowledge transfer to take place.
