Hi,

My name is Priyanka Rani, and I am an MBA student doing my summer internship in a company for whom I am developing a leadership development program for the top-level managers. I need help to decide which external training firm or training partner I should recommend to the company for providing training to the top-level managers. Kindly suggest some names of professionals who would provide personal attention during the training.

Dear Priyanka,

I handle training for managers and above. In this month alone, I conducted leadership training for the managers of one MNC. I trained a total of four batches. For your reference, I have attached my training brochure. Be assured of the training; you can very well recommend my name to the management.

Thanks,

Good Morning Sir,

Thank you for appreciating my writing. I have already conducted a gap analysis of the leadership competencies the managers currently possess and those they should have. I am still working on it, and I would like to inquire about the training facilities. We are seeking training partners located in either Pune or Mumbai, as that would be preferable for this company. Kindly confirm if this arrangement works for you, and if possible, provide details on the training fees for a group of 12 managers. I am willing to provide all the reports derived from the assessments that the managers have undergone to assist you.

Regards,
Priyanka Rani

Dear Ms. Priyanka,

Before I recommend the best educator to you, I would like you to email me the TNA, including reports framed from your assessments that you and your managers have worked on.

For your information, there is no fixed training capsule to help senior managers/top management develop leadership skills. As you rightly mentioned the personal attention required, I would like to say that you need an experienced mentor more than a trainer who can educate and explain senior managers/top management the reality of leadership.

It is crucial to remember that one must have experience with leadership qualities/skills before delivering leadership training for knowledge transfer to take place. I am looking forward to receiving the requested information, and please feel free to contact me if you have any queries. I will recommend the best to you.

With profound regards,

For developing a Leadership Skills for Top Management, I suggest M/s Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad. They can also design a programme suit the needs of organisation.

Hi all,

I am currently trying to compile a leadership training program myself as our company doesn't have (at this stage) sufficient funds, but the training is desperately needed (I am completing my MComm). Can anyone please help me? I'm looking mostly at handling employee motivation, goal setting, etc.

Kind regards,
Anso
