Conducting such polls definitely gives you a better idea about customer expectations. This way, you can restructure the kind of facilities offered along with healthcare insurance policies. For example, Max Bupa's mediclaim insurance covers all day-care procedures, maternity benefits, and policy carry-forward options, among others. In this poll, I've selected the benefits option, but I strongly feel that there should be excellent servicing as well because it really matters when one is facing a medical problem.
