I have worked for an organization for 75 days. From my salary, they used to deduct my PF. After 3 months, I applied to claim my PF in that organization, but they are saying that I have to work for at least 6 months with an organization to be eligible for PF withdrawal. Is it true? Are there any rules and regulations for claiming PF?
