Dear Gurjeet,
No one is going to teach you about your work until you try to learn. If you really want to learn, as you mentioned, you need to ask your seniors regularly in a humble and polite manner. However, if you still feel that your seniors are not ready to teach you, please just focus on your work and wait for some time. Meanwhile, you need to observe what is happening around you.
You have to learn by yourself. Keep your eyes open on the work and observe what others are doing and how they are doing it.
Also, you need to give some time to yourself and your superiors because I don't think the people who hired you are not intending to get their work done by you. They recruited you with a purpose and will certainly expect something from you and ask you to perform according to their needs.
Perhaps you are too eager to handle the work and want to learn things rapidly. This eagerness might make you feel that your seniors are not ready to help you in learning the work, but actually, there is nothing like that.
How much time have you spent with your current organization? It seems to me that you are a beginner, trainee, or new blood. You have to work according to their demands and don't need to rush. I appreciate your enthusiasm to learn, but my dear, you have to give time to them and to yourself.
You need to be polite and humble with them and gain their confidence. Show them that you are ready to handle the work and learn, so they will assign you some tasks and help you in your learning.

Anil has put it correctly. In this competitive world, you should learn how to stand on your own feet. Do not expect others to help, but just watch their style of functioning and fine-tune your style in line with the company policies. No magic, but a little hard work is required.
