i want to get more and more knowledge about my work, about hr, my seniors nd collfgues not helps me. if i confused what i do to learn myself without any help.

No one is going to teach you about your work until you try to learn. If you really want to learn, as you mentioned, you need to ask your seniors regularly in a humble and polite manner. However, if you still feel that your seniors are not ready to teach you, please just focus on your work and wait for some time. Meanwhile, you need to observe what is happening around you.
You have to learn by yourself. Keep your eyes open on the work and observe what others are doing and how they are doing it.

You need to be polite and humble with them and gain their confidence. Show them that you are ready to handle the work and learn, so they will assign you some tasks and help you in your learning.
