My senior has asked me to prepare an annual calendar related to HR activities like different types of training, awards, fun activities, etc., and many others. Can someone please suggest a format for the annual calendar for HR activities, wherein I can mention the different types of events, the date at which they can be conducted.

1. Draw 12 squares on a piece of paper.
2. Label each square January, February, March, etc.
3. In each square, write the appropriate activity for the respective month.
4. Copy and hand out.
What is difficult about it???
