Shubhada,
Good contribution. Also, you could plan a big event monthly and define a theme for each month. For example: Sports Month, Picnic Month, Quiz Month. The type of event would also depend on the size of your organization and the available budgets.
Cheers,

Hi Shubadha,
Thank you for your assistance. I was searching for some employee engagement activities to conduct every month on a limited budget. Our company operates in the insurance sector. Could you provide me with some suggestions?

Hi Rupali,
To add, you can include an employee interaction session weekly or biweekly that could be one-on-one. This could be in the form of hurdles where employees share their views and ideas for the betterment of the system/processes or discuss any problems they are facing, including those with their supervisor.
Secondly, you can organize activities such as awarding the best performers of the month/quarter/year through felicitation. Additionally, you could introduce recreational activities like organizing events to sell old gadgets at low prices and arrange game events such as table tennis or cricket matches.
