If your company gives you an option to stay and continue to work further in ABU DHABI based on projects, then you can request a FAMILY VISA, for which you need to meet basic eligibility requirements.
I suggest having discussions with your manager about your future role (how many years), most probably ONSITE in ABU DHABI, and come to a conclusion.
