Dhoni Has Shown The Way

Dhoni and his team have won the Cricket World Cup and made every Indian proud. This memorable victory has gripped every Indian, both in India and abroad. How could we, the CiteHR friends, be untouched?
As we were all watching the exit of Sehwag, the great Sachin, and Kohli, Captain Dhoni elevated himself and played a memorable and match-winning game with Gambhir, and the rest was history. Dhoni has the knack of making the team win. He understands the strength of the players and motivates them positively. He knows how to build the team spirit.
In all his interviews, he always gives credit to the team. Watch each of the team photos after winning the award; you will always find Dhoni standing at the back, and the trophy will always be in the hands of the young and budding players. (Above photo is an exception)
He instills in them the spirit of winning. He understands the power of the team. A team's performance depends on its captain. So much depends on how the captain kindles the collective talent and bonds the entire team in one spirit of togetherness. Dhoni knows how to build a winning team.
The same principle applies in any competitive environment, including business, politics, and even other sports. Today's organizational and political leadership should know how to find a "Dhoni" in themselves.
Let us all salute this young Ranchi lad, MSD, for leading India to a status of 'Numero Uno' in all forms of cricket. MSD has proved himself that his name stands for Mentorship, Sharpness, and Dedication.
I join with other CiteHR friends in congratulating Dhoni, the great Sachin, and the rest of the Indian team for this glorious win.
Regards,

Yes, Mr. AVS, there is always one saying, "Unity is Strength." Dhoni, what an amazing shot he played! Truly unforgettable moments. You could also see tears in each and every player's eyes. Sachin too said that his childhood dream came true. Now, only my life feels fulfilled.
