Thanks for liking my PPTs and MPMS Sir's PPTs on EI. Let's make it a thread on EI. So, I request all of you to share your collection on EI and enlighten us. I'm also attaching another PPT on EI containing definitions of EI with my improvisations.
Secondly, Shibu Sir, I agree with your view that because of EI, people get fired, and it's EI which leads a path to leadership. But at times, my EI teacher of the first semester made EI subject as a subject of "Manipulating Emotions"!! Her quotes and explanations did leave me in a state of confusion. Although I'm very clear about the EI bookish world, I really want some practical views on my confusion. So please do give some views. And yes, have a look at the fourth PPT on EI.
