I must thank you for your posts. I have seen many good and helpful posts from you. Your posts have helped me a lot, even this one. I just joined a company as an HR manager (the designation is awarded as there is no HR function). Here, the major problem is conflicts between employees. No one is ready to adapt. My director wants me to formulate HR policies and implement them by the end of this month. I have started working on the policies, but acceptance is the issue.
As the saying goes, "take life as it comes..."
I am taking this as a challenge. I am focusing on the learning aspect of this job. Thank you for all your posts.
