I am an ex-Army Officer myself, now on my own. The best way to get suitable officers would be to contact the Director General Resettlement. For example, in Pune, they have a Deputy Director; they would have one in Bangalore, one in Chandigarh, one in Lucknow, one could be in Mumbai, one in Kolkata, and one in Udhampur, etc.

Well, my dad is an Army officer, and as rightly mentioned by many people, the best way is to get through the Army Placement Agency located in Kashmir House on Rajaji Marg or get in touch with Directorate General Resettlement (DGR) situated in R.K. Puram. They have a list of details and records of all army personnel, and the one who matches your requirements would be informed. You can find out the details once you get in touch with them.
