One format is purely for administration and expenses accounting (Important). The second format elaborates on the quality of the trainer, focusing on methods, content, and delivery. However, conducting an objective examination by the trainer is also important. This examination is not necessarily for evaluating a candidate's intelligence or understanding, nor for assessing the trainer per se.
When candidates answer correctly, it indicates a good understanding of the topic. However, when they do not, we observe candidates struggling to answer those specific question clusters. This process aids in better analysis and provides feedback to the trainer on whether adjustments to the teaching method, pace, or inclusion of examples are needed.
It's essential to note that trainer analysis should not be used as grounds for terminating candidates or trainers. Education aims to bring out the best in learners. The training objective is to benefit the company, and if candidates fail, it results in a loss for the organization. Conversely, when the majority of candidates pass the test, it reflects positively on marketing, quality assurance, or any other relevant department.
