Dear all,

Here are the interview questions that are commonly asked in interviews, along with some humorous responses:

1. Why did you apply for this job?

I have applied for many jobs, and you happened to call me now.

2. Why do you want to work for this company?

I am open to working for any company that offers me a job, without a specific preference.

3. Why should I hire you?

You need to hire someone, so why not give me a chance?

4. What would you do if this happened?

My reaction would depend on my mindset and mood at that moment.

5. What is your biggest strength?

I am willing to work for any company that compensates me well, regardless of the company's situation.

6. What is your biggest weakness?

Girls.

7. What was your worst mistake, and how did you learn from it?

Joining my previous company was a mistake; it taught me the importance of seeking better opportunities.

8. What accomplishments in your last position are you most proud of?

If I had notable accomplishments in my last role, I would have stayed there and negotiated for more.

9. Describe a challenge you faced and how you overcame it?

One challenge is explaining why I seek a change; I tend to talk around it to move forward.

10. Why did you leave/are you leaving your last job?

For the same reason you left your previous job.

11. What do you want from this job?

Good salary increments even if the workload is light.

12. What are your career goals and how do you plan to achieve them?

To increase my earnings by changing companies every two years.

13. Did you hear of our company, and what do you know about us?

Yes, I anticipated this question; I have reviewed your website.

14. What salary do you expect, and how do you justify it?

I expect a 20% increase from my current salary, considering industry standards. I have already factored in a 30% hike anticipating negotiation.

Thank you,

Hi,

Good sense of humor and it's really great. Only an HR knows about the pros and cons if someone gives answers like that. I really enjoyed that. Even at that time, I was a fresher and gave interviews just thinking like that but not saying.

It was a really great job, and if you permit, I would like to add a few more questions such as:
1. Tell me about yourself?
2. Why did you choose to pursue this course (MBA)?
3. Where do you see yourself in five years?

It's really funny answering such questions.

Dear friends,

The answers should be:

1. Tell me about yourself?
I don't know that person (yourself).

2. Why have you done this course (MBA)?
My friend told me that this is a good course.

3. Where do you see yourself 5 years down the line?
I will be appearing in another interview.
