Our company want to engage contract labour. what is the prcedure as per labour law to engage contract labour in organization ?

Hi,
An establishment that employs 20 or more contract labor, the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act becomes applicable. If you intend to employ 20 or more contract labor, first, you need to obtain permission in writing from the local Government Labour officer to employ contract labor. Ensure you engage genuine contractors. Make sure that the contractor has a license to deploy contract labor if the number of contract labor deployed in your establishment is 20 or more.
While employing contract labor, adhere to Section 10 of the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act.
