Understanding the Job Function of a Second Line Manager in the Pharma Industry
Can anybody help me understand the job function of the Second Line Manager in the Pharma Industry? What is the difference between this role and the one I currently hold as a Sales Manager or First Line Manager in a pharma company? In all the interviews I have had, I have always been asked about the role and job function of the first line manager, as well as the frequently asked questions in interviews. Please assist me in this regard.

The main role of a second-line manager in the pharma industry is to act as a profit center for the company. This means they are directly involved in the input-output ratio and should also oversee the productivity of the company concerning areas such as products, manpower, distribution, and other important customers who are directly involved in the business.
