Hello Anu,
I have started in my earlier IT/BPO company, with a bonus of Rs. 3000.00 per employee if both the existing employee and the person referred by him stay for at least 6 months. In my present Financial Company, we have started offering Rs. 300.00 per employee for a 3-month service duration. In one call center, it was Rs. 300 per referral per employee upon joining the company.
I hope this information will help you decide on your referral incentive program/scheme.
All the best,
Divyang Shah

Hi,
Actually, the referral bonus policy differs from company to company. In my company, they pay 50% of the candidate's salary if he is recruited in my department, whereas for other departments, they pay 30% to 40%, depending on the candidate's attitude at the time of the interview. In big MNCs, they have a point scheme for such things, and they calculate the bonus in terms of the output received from the new candidate. Such bonuses are paid in dollars or credited to your personal account.
Goodbye
