Dear All,

Please let me know what forms need to be filled by employees at the time of joining an organization. I understand that they have to fill out Form 2 for PF declaration. If the candidate wishes to transfer their PF, then Form 13 is required for the transfer. Kindly inform me if there are any other forms that new employees need to fill.

Additionally, could you please provide a brief overview of the different PF forms that HR needs to submit to the Accounts department on a monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/annually basis? When does the Accounts department need to submit these various forms to the PF trust?

Hi Sarita, At the time of joining an employee needs to fill Form no. 2 i.e. Nomination Form and Form No. 11. (PF Forms) Regards, Sam.
