Dear All,
I need some help. I would like to know how to integrate IELTS and soft skills. For instance, in IELTS, we have LRSW, i.e., Listening, Reading, Speaking, and Writing. So, in these four components, I am introducing Assertiveness in Speaking, and I need to know what soft skills can be added in the rest of the three. Please treat this as very urgent.

Dear Fathima,
Interpersonal skills are more than just listening and speaking; however, you can incorporate them. In speaking, you can also include questioning skills. It may be beneficial to reverse your approach. Ultimately, listening, reading, speaking, etc., are all parts of communication skills. It is important to emphasize communication skills as a whole rather than focusing separately on these individual aspects.
Just as when we engage in physical exercise for the overall well-being of our bodies, rather than just targeting specific muscles, activities such as jogging, aerobics, and yoga are all components of physical exercise.
I hope you understand the point I am trying to convey.
Thanks,
