I am working in the Bakery Industry, where I have started an HR department with over 120 employees. My company is 15 years old, and this is the first time increments will be done based on performance.

Could you please help me and share your ideas about the evaluation of performance? Kindly attach any forms that can assist me.

I am attaching a file of PAR. I haven't gone through it in detail myself, but see if it helps you. I don't think it would be of much use as most of the workers at your firm will be unskilled in nature. Still, you may get some idea. Search on the internet, and you will find a huge number of ideas.
