I agree with Dipti that a training certificate mentioning their success in the A class or A+ or A++ category would look good. They would carry it off and showcase it as their achievement or performance. More than a letter that will be covered in an envelope, I believe someone would be proud to receive a certificate of recognition from their trainer.
