Thank you for sharing such a valuable format for stress mapping. I am sure this will definitely help us in understanding the employee stress ratio and taking corrective action for the stress.

Hello Bhavesh,

I am writing briefly due to some commitment. Your stress meter functions well, but it has to be more precise. I am forwarding only a few suggestions:

(a) It has to be age-oriented; stress of a 7-year-old, a teen, or a middle-aged person cannot have the same factors.
(b) Physical stress has much less weightage for the young than for people over 45 or 50 years old.
(c) Mental stress will also vary with age, employment, sex, social life, and environment.
(d) You need to amplify and increase the number in your questionnaire.
(e) The requirement to include extracurricular activities, hobbies, and time spent on various activities during the day needs to be included.

Thanks.

Nice work. I realized I am stress-free. Thanks. I will be sharing it with others.

Inquiry About the 7-Point Scale

I would like to see the science behind the 7-point scale you used here. What exactly is the theory? How are you doing the calculation and authentication or testing the results you have?

Hi Bhavesh, it is a nice and useful device. If you created this, my suggestion is to add some sources of stress other than work, such as family-related issues, commuting to the office, and back home, etc. I hope it would improve the results and utility of this calculator.
