a. If an employee is terminated by an email from a superior officer and not the HR directly, is this still legitimate?
b. Is there a physical termination letter required in this case?
c. Does the employee get a chance to explain his termination from the company?
d. Can an employee appeal his termination status from the company?
e. Are there specific rules to terminate employees working in a Section 25 company?
