can anybody give me the details in easy language, what all facilities do the company has to give its employees under THE COMPANIES ACT, 1956?

As such, the Companies Act does not prescribe any facilities that the company has to provide to the employees. All these details are prescribed under the labor and industrial laws such as the Factories Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Wages Act, etc.

Such vast provisions would be immaterial even if they are provided over this forum as it will take a long time to read.
