Dear Sheela,
You cannot prepare Form No. 12A until you have calculated the Challan for that month. Form 12A also includes the number of new joiners and the number of employees who have left.
The current Form 12A should be submitted with a copy of the last month's challan.

I have recently joined a pharma company. I am new to payrolls and PF. Kindly suggest how I should go about it. For the month of January, I have already prepared Form 2A, Form 5, Form 10, and the challan have already been submitted. Now, I'm confused about Form 12A. Kindly suggest how to fill it.
