Hello seniors,
I am working in a new company (manufacturing unit). Here, we have all the HR, IR, and Admin activities, but most of the activities do not have any standard process flow. I request all the seniors to kindly share the standard operating processes of HR, IR, and Admin activities. Your suggestions may help in developing our new organization.

Dear Sonu,
I request you to consider the links on the right-hand side of this page relating to the areas you are working in. Please also take into account the laws that need to be adhered to while designing HR processes. It is essential to align with the business model of your company. For example, salary may not be credited on the 31st of a month but on the 7th of the month. Payslips may not be available online, so employees need to collect them from the Finance team. Appraisals may not be conducted from the date of joining to the same date next year but from the date of joining to the annual appraisal and then annually thereafter.
For instance, if the appraisal cycle runs from January to December and an employee joins in June, the first appraisal will be in December, followed by appraisals from January to December rather than June to May.
Every implementation has its own set of challenges. Therefore, please feel free to share any questions you have during the process. Best of luck!
