Hi,
You can arrange various competitions like sweets, rangoli competition, drawing competition, mehndi, flowers, or essay competition, etc. and ask everyone to be traditionally dressed. Have a potluck (where all the employees bring food from home and everybody shares and eats meals together). Have a pooja on Dassera day, also arrange for lunch and a DJ or some music for their enjoyment and refreshment.

Please suggest some innovative ideas/themes for decoration. We had chosen "States of India" and "Festivals of India" as themes for Diwali decoration for the past two years. This year, we are also planning to select a theme for decoration.
Kindly suggest a theme for Diwali decoration in the office.
