You can even ask every male employee to say an inspired line about women, and then the best one will receive a gift.
Additionally, you can play a game where employees must answer questions on paper chits about Mother Teresa, Indira Gandhi, and others who have received awards for their contributions to their countries. Employees who provide correct answers can receive chocolates as rewards.

I have some suggestions. You can consider the following activities:
1. Ethnic wear on Women's Day, March 8 - the best outfit can be awarded with some attractive gifts.
2. Based on the budget, plan for some good gift vouchers for the women.
3. Have some fun games for women such as instant cooking, rangoli competition, quiz program, etc.
4. Stalls for the women, where the stalls can be set up by women groups who are running their own small-scale businesses in clothing, accessories, etc. Women can support other women in their growth.

First of all, you should welcome each and every woman with a beautiful flower (rose) once they enter the company. Additionally, you can arrange for some surprises such as cake, gifts like chocolates, accessories, etc., along with a small speech or poems dedicated to all women. You may also consider arranging the showing of a short movie or something similar in the company, along with some refreshments.

Friends, this year Women's Day (8th March) is a holiday due to HOLI. Which other day would be most suitable for celebrating Women's Day in the office? Can we celebrate on 6th March because 7th & 8th are holidays?

I need your suggestions on how I can celebrate Women's Day in an open office. We are only 13-14 ladies, and there isn't much space in the office for a big celebration. Please advise on what I can do in this situation.
Thank you.

Activities for Women's Day Celebration on 8th March
We are organizing the following activities on 8th March:
• Conducting a health check-up throughout the day.
• In the evening, a 2-hour get-together with all employees. The conference room will be decorated with balloons and ribbons. At 4 o'clock, the welcome will be done by giving a rose to all women. It will be followed by a presentation on Indian women legends, followed by a quiz based on the presentation. We have attractive prizes for the winners.
• Male employees will be invited to drop compliments for the ladies in a drop box. The best compliment will be read out in front of all employees.
• The celebration will end with snacks.
All activities will be organized by male employees.

Hi,
Wishing all the lovely ladies a very happy Women's Day. I totally agree that it depends on the budget and strength of the female employees. You can have a Pink/Purple color code for all the females, organize some fun activities, and distribute a plant (small desk pot plant) along with roses and a greeting card.
There are many ways to celebrate this occasion at the office. Firstly, the budget should be fixed. Hope this will help you out.

Hi Neha,
Wishing you all a happy Women's Day!!
Thanks!! I have done a few activities this morning, like decorating the girls' work station with balloons, placing flowers and chocolates, and sending a motivational message to all the girls.
In the evening, I will be treating only the girls to a special cake-cutting celebration.
I hope you all liked it :)
