I need someone to help me write an email confirming the receipt of a meeting request. Here's the email I've received:
Subject: Technical Meeting 'X Project'
Dear X,
I hope all is well. As agreed, kindly confirm the receipt of the meeting request.
Your contact Person: X (Project Manager) and X (Infrastructure Consultant)
Good luck,
They told me the date and time on the phone. I need a short formal reply. I'm not used to writing formal emails, so any help would be appreciated.

If you can write this post, I am confident that you can surely respond appropriately to the meeting request. Just hit the "REPLY" button on the email and type:
"Dear Sir (or Ma'am); This is to confirm the receipt of the meeting request; the date and time for which has been communicated to me on the phone."
If you are sure to attend the meeting, you can also add the following:
"I also confirm that I shall attend the meeting." or "I also confirm my availability for the meeting."
