You have creativity if you are a fresher. Rule your world with your own rules. However, you must adhere to some HR-related rules concerning finance. These rules can be found in accounting standards, the PF Act, the IT Act, etc. Follow even government rules and regulations pertaining to your industry. Have a perfect leave management system, create a perfect pay division, make rules for appraisals, and strive for perfection after creating them.
