Dear Friends,

I am interested in knowing about specific training modules. Are there modules for trainers, such as "train the trainers"? Does a module exist for training the people who assist top-level managers? Perhaps a module like "manage the managers"? It should be crafted with Executive Assistants and secretaries in mind. If any of you have such information, please do share.

Dear Bharathi,

For executive assistants and secretaries, interpersonal skills and the concept of communication are very important. Secondly, they can be taught maxims of politeness and maxims of positive thinking as well. I will design a suitable training program for this audience.

Bharathi, you can easily design a training course of your own covering topics such as time management, diary management, client and staff liaison, handling confidential matters, meeting and event organization, communication skills, problem-solving, delegation, etc. Look at the role descriptions of managers, secretaries, and executive assistants and tailor the training around those topics.
