You have not stated how you have collected data and in what form. You cannot apply statistical tests for open-ended questions. Have a nice day. Simhan

Then why did you not state that in the first place? Please post the data in an Excel table, and we will see how we can help you. Without sufficient information exchanging messages to solicit basic information required is not efficient.
