I am trying to do a project on the Shops & Establishment Act. For this, I am collecting information on the Shops & Establishments from all states. I kindly request the following information from all of you:
1. In each state, is the Shops & Establishment Act applicable or not?
2. If applicable, what are the registration fees and Form numbers for registration?
3. What is the renewal date for registration?
4. How much is the LWF (Labor Welfare Fund) amount, and when do we need to pay it?
5. What are the minimum wages in each state?
6. Which books do we need to maintain in each state?
