Hello Sirs/Madams,

My name is Lalitha, and I am working as an HR Manager in a Software Company. Previously, I did not have any HR knowledge or any HR degrees or diplomas. A chance came to me, and I took it as a challenge and accepted it.

Now I have a problem. Our CEO asked me to introduce a Training Programme for the Freshers as well as for the pursuing candidates. I want to know the details of the Training Programme. We are ready to pay them a stipend as well. The program should run for 3 to 6 months, and we will also issue a Training certificate.

My doubt is whether we need to seek permission from any authorized department regarding the implementation of the training program. What should be the design of the program? Please provide guidance, seniors.

If you can offer any clues regarding this, it would be very helpful for me.
