Good morning! I am working as an HR executive in a small IT company for 6 months. However, I am currently only involved in recruitment, as well as handling joining formalities and exit interviews. I am very eager to learn about payroll and all core HR activities such as salary calculations, attendance maintenance, PF calculation, ESI calculation, and gratuity. Can anyone help me learn all core HR activities? If anyone has materials or website addresses, please forward them to me.
