- Blank application form.
- Interview rating sheet.
Interview Process Overview
Conduct the 1st round of interviews with a technical person and the 2nd round with an HR person. You can also conduct the Psychometric test to evaluate candidates. Depending on the ratings from both individuals, you can select or reject the candidate.

You may have a preliminary round to screen the candidates and shortlist them based on their performance in the preliminary round. Following that, you may conduct the HR interview to further shortlist based on attitude, and then proceed to the technical interview. After completing all these processes, you may extend an offer to the candidate.
