I work in the Admin department of a mid-level IT company. We are planning to host an award ceremony at our office premises to recognize the efforts of our employees and motivate them.

Dear Rima,
You can give awards like Mr./Ms. Punctual, Best Dressed Up (Male/Female). In an IT company, you can also give awards like Best R&D Person, Best Programmer/Designer. I am also working with an IT Company as HR. Just two months ago, we celebrated our Annual Day with such types of awards.
