My company's annual function is coming up. I have to decide on Excellence Awards. Can you all share your ideas on what it could be? We have been giving out branded wristwatches before, but I want to change it up this time, as some employees don't seem interested in wristwatches. My budget is also limited, i.e., Rs.10,000 each. I am looking forward to hearing ideas from all of you.
