Hi Friends,

My question is how many techniques or kinds of PA (Performance Appraisal) do we have to date, e.g., 90; 120; 360 degree, etc.? And which one should we use in which condition, with a detailed procedure to implement. Any presentation or book would be an additional advantage for me if anyone could provide.

The technique widely used is 360 degree but now we also hear about one more technique being used in ITES area ie bell shaped curve technique

This is not new technique. I am Quite aware of this. The new concept is 720 Degree. If u have any information plz share on this
