We need to outsource our HR department. Can anyone please help me by explaining the cost savings associated with this decision? Specifically, I am interested in knowing the tangible costs that would be saved by outsourcing HR compared to maintaining an in-house department.

Hi Pankaj,

First of all, list out the reasons behind the step which you're taking, i.e., why you want to outsource all HR activities. Then, check out what the outside agency will offer, compare it, and only then make a decision.

In my opinion, an in-house HR is more beneficial than outsourced. Understand the difference between Mother & Step Mother (Outsourced).

Additionally, we can reduce our workforce in the department and the costs associated with them. The primary reason why people choose to outsource is often due to a lack of knowledge regarding tax updates.
