Given the notification (attached) of a wages increase from INR 10,000 to INR 15,000 w.e.f. 1st May 2010, please share what your organization plans to do:

a) Continue with Health Insurance for eligible employees
b) Delete Health Insurance cover for eligible employees
c) Increase the salary of employees to ensure most move above INR 15K eligibility to reduce costs and provide better benefits
d) Combination of a) and c) above
