I have currently joined a company, and have discovered that the organisatrion had issued 461 warning within a period of 6 months and its staff compliments is about 201, i find this very alarming and kindly seek help in either a process or a method on how to change the organisation view of penalising employees, but rather build harmonious relationship between management and employees.
Kindly assist me with either presentation on labour practises or organisational development or transformation.
